This was my first time at this place. They started to work on my feet with used instruments. I asked for a new one in a bag. Kim the front desk lady was rude about it and slammed it on the counter. I won’t be coming back.

My favorite mani/pedi! Been going for ages and it’s the best pedicure and value on top of it! I usually go for a standard mani/pedi and their regular pedicure is better than an expensive spa pedi elsewhere. All of the nail techs have been wonderful.

I called ahead to book an appointment and asked if tips could be given in cash or via debit. The manager explained that tips are only accepted in cash and advised me to stop at an ATM for this purpose. When I arrived, I was informed that the manager's special was only available for payment in cash as well. I questioned why they only mentioned tips needing to be in cash, as it would cost an additional $20 to pay for the services (for both my husband and me) with a card.
