Good luck paying your bill. The people who answer their phones forward you to wrong numbers, put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time and the company doesn't email you your bill. So unless you have the snail-mail bill in hand, you can't pay your bill. I guess I'll just wait till it goes to collections, at least they know how to process a transaction. Jesus.
On January 15, 2021, at 1:30 PM, I had outpatient surgery at Fairfax Hospital. While everything else was above my expectations, I am very unhappy with the care I received from the anesthesiologist. Having had general anesthesia before, I am well aware of what to expect. I was given no warning before being put to sleep. As I recall, I had barely gotten situated on the operating table.
