Freaking fantastic. My cat has been having some issues and the vet I went to in the past made it hard to understand what she was thinking and the plan for the future. Dr Mason was so understanding and explained things really simplistically. My cat is also a bit of a spicy boy when getting shots or his nails clipped. The vet in the past was panicking and asking to sedate him. Dr Mason listened to my concerns and they put some gloves on and gave him breaks. They were super understanding of my financial situation as well.
We moved here to Madison and I did alot of research and such to pick a vet. They have been amazing every time with communication and being so helpful. They are able to get our pup in fast when he was sick and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love they know our dog when they come in its great that they know our dog & he isn't just another patient.
I took in a cat 7 months ago after owner passed away and children were going to put him down. I was not (really still am not) a cat person and had an old dog at the time but was not going to let an innocent animal be put down because people have no hearts or soul. At first I was going to keep him until I found him a home but shortly after I got him that changed. Despite being allergic to cats and not wanting one, I decided I was going to keep him.
