I'm very dissapointed and feel taken advantage of. It's sad. I was really liking this place when I first got a tour from Nelly one of the three people at the office. She showed me from out side a two bedroom apartment located on the top floor and said it would be ready by October. I gave her my $1000 deposit in September. Come Sept. 25 and Felipe calls to tell us that unfortunately the apartment will not be ready till mid October. Bug problems. Can't fix anything you asked them too. Won't return phone calls.

Don't rent here If you like living next to a strip club then this place is for you. If you like hookers and prostitution around the place you live in then this the place for you. The young guy in the office is rude and unprofessional. The place is falling apart. There's always something wrong with the water pipes, you go a couple of days without any water. Bottom line this place sucks... especially the young guy in the front office.

This place has a huge bed bug problem in at least three apartments that I know of, all in different parts of the complex. They never return phone calls or fix things when they are broken til eventually you just fix them yourself. Roaches was the first problem we came across, then ants, then bed bugs. Save yourself! Go ANYWHERE else! PS I wish they cared as much about the inside of their apartments as they do about the outside. Seems like gardeners are here every single day but I can't get anyone to come switch a light bulb.
