I manage a condo bldg in Mpls. When we need them, they are quick to respond, and find the problem. We use them for all our unit! Their team is professional and knowledgeable.
I called Faircon to check and fix my kitchen hood that not suck good and they asked me to put deposit 2 hours service $340.00 first before they will come to do it. They came and did change just only one belt it took less than 1 hour and they charged me total of $755.00. First I thought deposit should be covered but 2 months later received a bill $415, I called them and they said they charged me the total time he drove back and forth from his place to mine and to the store to buy a belt! Bad drivers! Backing up traffic on Lake Street by trying to take a left turn during a clearly marked NO LEFT TURN TIME OF DAY, indicated by the sign right on the street light in front of them. If they can't read signs, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything in my home.
