Liars I wanted to switch for a lower price on Propane, and they advised me to wait until my tanks were less than 10% so they could move my existing tanks. They took my name and #, and I agreed to their price. When the tanks were less than 10%, I called them. They found my file, and then said under no circumstances are we taking on new customers. I would not deal with this company in any way. I would advise others not to also.

Professional and Reliable We�ve been dealing with Fairclough Fuel business for decades. They supply our fuel oil, propane, gasoline and even a couple of bags of coal. Real easy family philosophy- make a call, they do the delivery (reasonable pricing), now just pay your bill. We�ve never missed a delivery and they never missed getting paid. Great company to deal with. Thank you for all the years of service to us and our family. PS This is a trueful review.

Never showed up Awful. Called Dec 22 to have propane tank hooked up and filled, and was told it would be done the next week. Called Jan 2nd to confirm they were still coming. They promised someone would be there the next day. Waited home all day and the person from the on call service said that "if they said they were going to show up, they will". BS, no one showed. Dependable Been using their propane service since they put in the tank. The prices have been much cheaper than my previous supplier who is located across the street. I contract for my propane at the beginning of the year and have been happy with the price.

Threathen a Customer I called and asked if they can deliver oil to my house first thing in the am. The operator said yes we can delivery today. I asked for competative cost. They said they can match the lower rate but they wont deliver till next week. In essence, unless you agree to pay a higher price, they put you off. I expressed my displeasure. quoted one price, charged another Fairclough fuel also does business as cash oil. They quoted me one price, and charged me another. When I pointed out the discrepancy..a mere 30 dollars, they refused to honor their quoted price !!

HONEST DEPENDABLE PROPANE COMPANY Finally a propane company that DOES NOT price gouge their customers!! Unbelievable how much all the other companies are charging. You cant even get a straight answer why the other companies charge so much. Fairclough Propane gives excellent service and pricing. They are the only company willing to sell you a tank.
