Worst landlord I have ever dealt with. Denise is a nightmare. Do not by any means rent from these people. You will regret it. Trust me!
Leased a property managed by them for a year. They were always nice folks, only had one issue at one point with the AC and they sent someone to take care it right away. Never had a problem communicating with then, whether it was phone, text, email, always got a reply. At the end of the lease the process was smooth and fair, I kept my word and they kept theirs. By the way, the person they recommend for the cleaning of the property does an amazing job. If I ever needed to rent another property I wouldn’t mind using them again.
