We had wonderful service from Faircloth plumbers on work for our sewer line, they were prompt and courteous and very professional. The young men told me the work that needed to be done and the approximate cost for the job. My husband and I were pleased.
We had a wonderful experience using this company. The bottom had busted on our hot water heater. We contacted them and another plumbing company and got quotes from both to repair. Faircloth was way more affordable, and this even included the repair work that needed to be done to the box our water heater sits on inside of the closet. We have used these guys twice & will not do so again. Last time when they went into my tenants apartment they took it upon themselves to turn on her AC. Yes it was warm in her house but it is NOT their place to walk into her bedroom & turn on her AC. Also her windows were open so it was just wasting air. Our tenant was VERY upset & we gave her compensation on her rent. When we discussed it with Faircloth Plumbing they did not apologize but did agree to reimburses us. This was 2 months ago & we have yet to see a check.
Unfortunately, I have needed the assistance of a Plumber on two (2) occasions in the recent past. I contacted the Faircloth Plumbing Co. and explained the situation. Not only did they respond in a timely manner, my problem was solved expeditiously and professionally. When in need of a Plumber I would recommend Faircloth Plumbing Co. for all of your Plumbing needs.
