If you ever need a roofer, Fair Claims Roofing and construction is your roofer. Don Bersterman the sales manager was on it from the time he came to give me a quote to the time he left today. He arrived at six in the morning before the crew and left after the crew he insured everything was done properly, and insured everything was picked up before they left. Bruce was amazing to work with! He explained the entire process before, during and after of what to expect. Very responsive. He worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure everything was submitted properly and timely. I 100% recommend working with Bruce and his company for any roofing needs.
I had the pleasure of working with Don. He was very polite and professional with his approach and made me feel comfortable. He delivered a quality inspection report and we agreed to have my drip edge replaced. The price was competitive so I gave the green light. The crew came in a timely manner and did an excellent job on my roof. I highly recommend this company if you need any roofing work done.
I've had two great experiences with FairClaims. We worked closely with Bruce after storms damaged my mom's roof. His team did an excellent job of replacing her roof, cleaning up after their work and repairing/repainting several rooms in her home. I was so impressed that I hired them to replace three doors in my home. They did an excellent job and provided a great value for what we paid.
