Fairchild has truly been an awesome management company. It's uncommon for people to review management companies unless they're mad, and a good review would have eased my concerns when I searched a couple of years ago, so I'm sharing my opinion. I had the most pleasant experience with Fairchild's help finding me a property when I moved from over 2000 miles away. The leasing agents were extremely kind and pleasant.
