Fairchild has truly been an awesome management company. It's uncommon for people to review management companies unless they're mad, and a good review would have eased my concerns when I searched a couple of years ago, so I'm sharing my opinion. I had the most pleasant experience with Fairchild's help finding me a property when I moved from over 2000 miles away. The leasing agents were extremely kind and pleasant. Worst place to rent, you call the police for your OWN safety and get evicted while the shady neighbors get to live comfortably at #7 peeing and smoking in the alley 24/7 while we have proof. Thanks Sandra for doing your job and leaving us homeless. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FEAR FOR BEING SUDDENLY HOMELESS. These monsters will do this to you.
