First let me state that I am terrified of Dentist, on top of that I am deaf and always fear that a dentist may not take the time to communicate with me. That being said Dr. Fairchild and his staff made me feel very at ease. They took the time to explain every thing to me and made sure that I understood it all which was just outstanding. Dr Fairchild showed a great concern for my comfort. I highly recommend him.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
