Totally New Orleans! Quaint, eclectic and a little spooky. Tons of charm and personality! Excellent home cooked breakfast!

I wanted to leave a detailed review just to help anyone decide if this is the right lodging for them and also just suggestions for the establishment. Pros- You can't beat the price. Wifi is included, a great number of channels on the tv, and breakfast (though not anything super exciting, free breakfast is still awesome!). The lady who checked us in (and possibly the owner/only person there ever) was nice and helpful about suggesting places to go and told us where the tram was. We appreciated this a lot. I would only book this place if you are on a tight budget, which I was at the time. The saving grace was the breakfast--it was a great spread and everything was laid out very nicely; unfortunately it only goes for one hour in the morning. My main complaint about this place was that the AC unit in my room was not really working. I called Daryl and he said he would have a look at it, but he never came.
