I couldn’t have asked for a better place to land and a better property manager. The maintenance man is very kind and I absolutely loved living there. The only reason I moved was because I was looking to save money and found a roommate but they couldn’t do the third floor which was where I was at! The apartments inside are a hidden gem!!! Don’t be fooled by the outside! I had a beautiful two bedroom renovated apartment. I do miss it honestly. Check this place out! You will not be disappointed.

Having lived here for over a year I can safely say I have not had a bad experience yet. All the neighbors are quiet and respectful while I sleep during the day, since I work nights. The manager Jenn is extremely easy to communicate with and equally as helpful and knowledgeable. It’s easy to see the renovations and improvements, as this isn’t the same complex that reviews from a few years ago describe. I can tell based on my personal experience from living there, people pass judgment on you and go out of their way to avoid you and were unfriendly,also they kicked me and my sister and 8 other's out, and when I asked the their new manager Jennifer Smith why, I'm not late or even behind on rent she says we don't have to give you a reason, come to find out it was to raise the rent on our apartments 3 and $ 400 more per month because that's what the owner Dave wanted because he has no conscience or ability for feeling guilty be... read more

I have lived here for 10 years. I recently moved into a newly renovated unit. Everything is brand new and beautiful! The new apartment manager has done such a great job in keeping this place clean, quiet and ideal place to live in. Any complaints are taken seriously & it gets taken care of right away. They care a lot about their tenants and it shows.
