As soon as you stepped into lobby, hallway and room you get hit with a strong smell of marijuana causing our clothes to smell like it too. Non family friendly as my children couldn’t stand the smell. Staff seemed to be under the use of marijuana since the women’s eyes were red. This hotel should be shut down entirely. Not safe.

I came with my family to this hotel and as soon as I checked in, the lobby and hallway was filled with the smell of Marijuana. I had my infant and toddler with me as well and that is unacceptable. The rooms are run down and the entire hotel needs a renovation. Instead of re-painting the outside invested into upgrading your rooms and fire the potheads smoking in there. UNACCEPTABLE.

if you’re looking to stay in moscow for the weekend, dont waste your money at fairbridge. i have spent less at hotels with much nicer rooms and much better quality. the pillows are stained, the rooms are musty, the showers are janky, room service is non existent and the carpets are torn. i seriously recommend staying on a couch or finding literally any other place to stay before coming here.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. It’s never been great, but in the past it met our needs when other rooms in Moscow were unavailable. I travel to Moscow frequently for work and have children in school there, so I know the area well. Our most recent stay at the Fairbridge was appalling and I am considering a formal complaint to the BBB and the City of Moscow. Had a late check-in but it went smooth. Staff was professional and courteous right from check-in. Had my dog with me also and they have an off leash area which was great. Everything was positive. Will stay again.
