Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was satisfactory except the toilet was loud when it would run throughout the night. Breakfast was great to have every morning. Overall, I am happy with our stay.
Lily was absolutely fabulous!! We checked in, got a great recommendation for a cab service to Pullman and the friendliest greeting ever. Whe we got back there was a cute basket with water and goodies
Lilly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we had the towels and pillows we needed. It was great to be able to bring our dogs with us too!
They were very helpful with my situation I was in my camper van had broke down and the bill exceeded $7500 and they were able to get me a weekly rate and made sure that I stayed comfortable during my stay of about three weeks now and anytime I needed something they were right on it super helpful close to good restaurants like panda express ,KFC and Arby’s and Wendy’s are literally across the Street. The young lad who checked us in was very nice, we asked for a blanket and he gave it to us and fixed our tv very nice. Room was decent a bit dated but only 131 a night not bad.
