Front desk was very kind. Adjusted things for me, and made it a great stay!
Was in a bad mood upon arrival and was met with a lobby full of people needing to check in. The desk agent, Marcie, was nothing but bubbly, efficient and remained calm. I was 3rd in line and was up to the desk within a few minutes. Marcie was upbeat and turned my mood around with her “fine as frogs hair” comment. I will be coming back to stay just because she was great. You have a true diamond at the desk.
My crew and I have stayed twice now and will keep coming back. Marcie at front desk makes the stay. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile every time, accommodates guests and is professional and knowledgeable. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good.
