This must be some sort of franchise fairbridge. If the corporate office has anything to do with this place they should step in. The customer service is severely lacking. My father and I stayed at the place a couple years ago and were not impressed, but all we were looking for was a place to sleep. I made the mistake trying to reserve a room here again. Went thru their web sight from google maps. Plans happened to change so I tried to cancel my reservation. Wow. Just spent half the day arguing with a man who answered the phon... read more

I will never come back to this hotel. Hot water was out all day today, I told them I want a refund, cause I want to go somewhere else. They refused saying I have already stayed all day here even thought I've been away at work, that hot water was out this morning and its still out tonight. Their Pool and spa were shut down by the health department... nasty. There were spots on the sheets of one of the beds in my room. People here in town say if I ever have to come back, to stay at The Crest hotel which is also here in town.

Called and asked if they did paid swimming anymore so I could have a little swim party for my daughters 2nd bday , lady was extremely rude and said nope and hung up on me. You couldn't pay me to do business with them.
