Absolutely disgusting hotel. I took a shower and think I came out dirtier
The room we were provided was a dump. The sink didn't work. There were holes in the bathroom door and floor. The entry door was very dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. The front desk attendants are the only thing that made this place bearable. The maintenance person lied and told the front desk that the water came right on when he checked however my husband went back to the room and found people cleaning the room who said no one ever came to the room after our departure and that the water still does not work. Amazing staff!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have traveled alot and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We switched rooms 3x because all 3x there was hair on the bed. Animal hair and people hair. Later I noticed this was a hotel where people live because I saw several pets on the premises. The doors clearly say "no smoking" but all 3 of the rooms leaked of cigarette smoke and 2 of the rooms had actual burn holes on the comforters. There was no soap of any kind. room was too dirty tried getting a refund for a room that i payed in cash and lady refused and made me wait till the police arrived
