Terrible experience. Rooms are dirty and smell (stayed in a non smoking room). Staff could care less about you. If you ask for anything (such as extra coffee) they’ll act like it’s a huge inconvenience. Building should be condemned. Avoid at all costs.
I came to this hotel about 4:30 am to try and get a room because I called the phone no one answer but when I got to the hotel they had a number on the door to call and I did that as well. So no one answered the phone. So in my mind, I assumed that the person working the front desk maybe was at lunch, so I parked on the side of the building to wait in the process I called again.
