Please remind you residents that the egres to Hebble creek and the yards beyond it are private property not public land.
Since the new owners took over, they are screwing the residents!!! Raising rent A LOT, and changing it from senior citizens to any and all including drug users. New owners should be ashamed of themselves, just goes to show you people don't care about anyone or anything except lining their pockets by screwing the seniors and everyone else also. Nice before you get in, then once your in, they are rude and nasty people 🤬🤬 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE, USED TO, BUT NOT ANYMORE, SINCE NEW OWNERS!!!!!
Tried getting an apartment for my grandma and it has been nothing but a bad experience. They are NEVER in the office and NEVER answer the phone. We have been lied to several times by the ladies in the office first we were told to bring $400 and a filled out app on a Saturday and she could move in. They aren't even open on Saturday then the lady lied and claimed she never said that they lied again and said they would get to it first thing Monday which was also a lie they never came in Monday and the only way we were able to k... read more
Beautiful place! Very unique and a great use of a historical building. Staff and tenants are friendly.
Very accommodating management, and apartments are unique and homie its a community that is safe with secure doors and the tenants look out for each other.
