They are rude, cold and insensitive. No sympathy .
The staff does the best they can to give my dogs a positive experience. At my old vet my older dog would have to be muzzled to get shots. Not here for me at least. My younger dog just had his first vet visit sence coming from the shelter 2 months age. He did great the vet was very patient and he didn't even notice the shots.
We've been taking our dogs for about 2 years now. Dr. Sowards alomg with the rest of the staff is absolutely wonderful. So kind and patient with our 2 very different dogs and their imdividual needs!
I was very impressed how they seemed to really care about my babies
Called yesterday to get my dog in as new patient because she was ill. They got her in within 2 hours. The staff and vet was very nice and professional. This is our new vet now.
Fairborn Animal Hospital has always been 5 star quality, since I started taking my pets in 1999. The staff is excellent and caring!! Dr Alice Sowders is a perfect fit for taking over Dr. Horton's special practice...they both sincerely LOVE our babies as much as we do!! I would not go any where else....this is a top notch vet and I love Dr Alice.!!
