Gave up trying to get help for my wife's migraine after two hours. A doctor could have looked at her chart and treated her in fifteen minutes. We've been going there for over twenty years and thought they had our backs. Guess migraines don't matter.
We were in Outpatient Surgery for my husband. I can honestly say that we were made to feel completely at ease. Everyone was caring, helpful and respectful. It was an amazing experience. Thank you to the PACU and OR staff.

RN Cheryl P in the radiology department and the imaging center truly understands patient care. My 5 year old had to go through multiple tests that were uncomfortable to say the least. She went above and beyond to help my daughter as best she could. She is the reason I give 5 stars. She is an amazing person.
Great care, terrible billing practices. Even with double coverage (Aetna and Medicaid) my step-sons bill was turned over to collections.
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the nurses, doctors, and full staff are so respectful and nice that it makes it a pleasant experience.
Tell me why Simon is still a Dr here? I have put in NUMEROUS complaints about how he has handled my sisters' cases, and nothing has been done. I have been through all of the appropriate routes only to be left with nothing done. He does not believe in her diagnosis and he's shrugged his shoulders at her every time she's been in. Each time she's had to go right back in the next day and the Doctor on call is baffled as to why Simon overlooked her lab results. For example, she had a kidney infection overlooked.
