Fairbanks contacted us asking for a local tenant improvement. We moved them into our schedule on short notice and finished the project in a few days. After invoicing, they took nearly 6 months to pay us on this little project. Only after threatening legal action we were paid. I would be very careful working with these guys without prior experience. We were among several subs on this job that struggled to be compensated for their work.
