modern, safe building prepared for people with disabilities and the elderly
Management isnt friendly! Very choppy customer service. When I first called I spoke to a woman who was very friendly and sooo helpful!!! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed to stop by the office for documents. In person, it is a whole other atmosphere. I have been trying to pick up a residential application for a elderly individual for 3 days now. The first time I got there 30 minutes before the 4pm closing time.
