I’d like to thank Fair Trade real Estate team , Mattew miller, Rohan, and Joshua, I needed to sell my house quick, but I was skeptical at 1st. They beat two other quotes I received, along with Clearwater Escrow, they got me through it quick, I was going through a ruff time, o was able to leave what I didn’t want and couldn’t take last min. I had to get away from a bad situation. Moved from Cali to Texas , just me and my dog. Was able to find a place with my son and grands kids while they handled their part. Thank you again.

I didn’t have to do any work or repairs at all, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free—even though I live six hours away. Matt was very thoughtful and considerate of my situation. Since I live far away, he minimized access to the house, even though the contract allowed the buyer multiple access rights before closing.
