I was referred to Fair Roofing through a neighbor who just did business with them. Set up an appointment for an estimate for 5pm through Loraine. Matt did not arrive until 645 (1 hour and 45 minutes late) during dinner time and did not make a phone call to give a heads up he was running late. After a week of waiting for the estimate, I emailed and called Loraine. However, we were never sent an estimate and did not receive a response of why no estimate was provided.
