The front desk staff is rude. They have no people skills and treat people like a number. It’s gross. The doctors and nurses are amazing but that front staff is enough to make me not only leave a bad review but make sure to never come back.

This will be my first review for this facility. I'm providing now before my procedure and will provide another one afterwards. Kimberly in billing is very unprofessional, left me a voicemail about payment at time of surgery and when I called back, I explained why I was calling back and she said, OK and I expected her to explain the reason for payment instead I get, Can you heard me, did you get my message. Billing is a nightmare. I had to call to be told the amount due for my family members procedure. Verified with insurance the amount due as I felt it was high. United Healthcare called on our behalf as they agreed collecting the deductible upfront was highly unusual, but they would not relent on demanding $700 before agreeing to perform the surgery. We will use a different facility with more transparent and flexible billing practices in future. Even if that requires a different physician. Parking is also minimal. There were z... read more

The nurse put the saline lock in my hand which has gnarly veins, ignoring my arms that have large pipe veins. I don't believe they hit a vein, because the puncture site wasn't near a vein and the nearest vein was crooked. I felt zero sedation during my eye surgery. Nobody ever asked how I was doing before they started the procedure and I clutched my hands and held my breath a lot until it was finished, and vowed to cancel my other eye surgery. Was there today for cataract surgery. Every single person there was very professional. They all were so very nice and proficient and made it so easy. Highly recommend them. I am a retired RN and worked many years in preoperative at a hospital. The staff there are great. Dr. Suffridge is my doctor and I would recommend him. Another thing, I was impressed with their preoperative and post op communications. I knew just what to expect.
