I had a great experience with Dr. Chaw from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The front desk was efficient with scheduling and clearly explained my insurance and payment options, which I really appreciated. Dr. Chaw & his hygienist Ashley are the best. My previous dental clinic took me to sea world & drenched my face but that was not the case here. Will be coming back every 6 months for my regular cleaning.
What a lovely and professional staff. From the entry to this dental group, the front desk people were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The actual cleaning I received was done by Sydney, and she was fantastic. So great at what she does, as well as being kind and explaining everything as it happened.
