I came in with a blown fuse and they replaced it for free and gave me advice! 10/10 service
West coast stereo Audio on Arden - scammed me with charging me 3k with parts that were not installed or broken . I found this place base on reviews and they made me feel so much better from the scam the day before . I was calling around to get quotes to put a push button start in my car. The cheapest place quoted me a 3 hour job max. I called Fari Oaks Stereo and the guy on the phone was so rude. He said it is automatically an 8 hour job. I told him another place quoted 3 hours and he said, "maybe you, but for us it takes 8 hours" and hung up in my face. The worse customer service for just calling for a quote! Cant imagine what it is like if they actually work on your car.
Had an appointment at 10 am and upon arrival the shop was closed, and no one was answering the phones. waited for 30 minutes for anyone to show up and no one did. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
