A special thank you to Lucrisha, who was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and attentive throughout the visit. She made sure my father was comfortable and explained everything clearly. I had a very disappointing experience today at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic surgery Fairfax office, suite 301, due to the behavior of the front desk staff member Brigitte Pradella. I was simply trying to explain something related to the appointment that I had scheduled, and she abruptly cut me off in a loud and disrespectful tone in front of other patients.
