Live there for about 5 years. The property is all right but it definitely been a while since I've been there. The biggest issue I had was they swapped on a site property managers on a very regular basis. I was living on the first floor the people upstairs plugged up the drain with whatever they put in it and it flooded through my sink into the living room three times and each time the only thing they did was put a fan in there to dry out the carpet absolutely disgusting. I've been living here for awhile now. It's no luxury apartment complex but it's still looked after. There's laundry units on site that take card (via payrange) and quarters. My apartment is a good size, 3 bedroom town house. We use the downstairs den as an art studio. Cons: -older building, so thinner walls. -some units are remodeled while others are not. -noisy street - Parking spaces vary in size, some are huge!, others are so tiny 2 cars barely fit (we have the small spots) -not within walking distance to anything. - NO r... read more
This place is the worse apartment complex in Pasadena. It might as well be the projects. There is animal fecies everywhere. Trash, it is also smelly. There is mold in the walls that caved in over my closest ruining all of my clothes. Do not move here, it's infested with bed bugs and mold. The health department needs yo shut them down!!
Awesome large apartments if your in need of one. It's hard to find a big unit in Pasadena but this complex has them.
