Good communication with management. Apartments come with parking and a laundry facility. Close to major freeways. And apartments kept well maintained.
Managers are great, easy street parking, been here five years rent goes up every year but the manager Heliani is great kinda pricey for the area. Wish they stopped the rent increase every year rent goes up 5percent.
I lived there for about 9 years. Over all I had a good experience living at these apartments.our neighbors made for great community. Helanie the apartment manager was incredible. She was always very helpful and accommodating. She did her best to make sure our requests were handled.
I've been a resident here for over two years, and I'm really impressed with the positive changes the new management has brought. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly quickly now, and the entire complex is noticeably cleaner. It's made a real difference! Keep up the great work!
