I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment community. The building is well-maintained, the amenities are always clean, and the environment feels safe and peaceful. Management has been nothing but helpful—every time I have a question or need assistance, they respond quickly and professionally. Truly appreciate how attentive and friendly they are.
We lost our house back in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, and was staying in a Air bnb for about 6 months until my Oldest brother Rey, did extensive research about where we going to live, and Helani the current manager is not only kind, polite and very understanding had accepted me and my family during this time of need. I lived here two different times already, once before the pandemic and again for the past two years. Helani was the manager both times and she has always been so kind and considerate of our requests. The apartment itself has some older appliances, but it was fine considering there is gated parking and patios. The neighbors were friendly and I felt safe in the neighborhood in general. Just a few minute drive to Old Town Pasadena and 15-20 minutes to Downtown LA made it easy for nights out. I wish the rent didn't increase ever... read more
Ive Lived here over 10 years now. And this property has improved alot these past years. Maintenance is getting better and faster with what needs to be fixed. Property renovations are noticeable . My manager Helani has been great all these years friendly and caring as always and always taking care of anything that needs attention and fixing wouldn't trade her for anything.
I lived at these apartments for about 10 years . The community were friendly and made it feel like home. I can confidently say it's a solid place to call home. I’m grateful for the time I spent here and the people I met along the way. Helanie, the apartment manager, was incredible throughout my time there. She was always helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cared about the residents. Anytime we had a request or concern, she did her best to make sure it was taken care of promptly.
