Being a retired director nursing I am at appalled at this facility. Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone. It is frustrating at best. I have literally called, gone into the kitchen to heat a cup of coffee, come back, waited some more and then got hung up on. This happens at least three times a day when I try to get through. If you don’t like this job then leave. Find a position at MedSurg or surgery. Or just get out of nursing altogether. I don’t know why mental health facilities have to be so dreadful.
