Brought my car in for a faulty parking brake warning. Turned out it was an electrical issue. They also replaced my tire which had a nail in the sidewall. It was taking longer than they estimated and got me a loaner right away! Carlos and Jack are excellent service advisors.
Service dept was great to work with. Jack was great and communicated the expectations. A++.
Terrible and rude service department. They do everything they can to make it difficult for you. They never have loaner either
