It's been 1.5 months of waiting to get our family (of 7) vehicle back. My expedition experienced a turbo failure while I was in the area for work. Originally, it was towed to Clarks Car Care but when they diagnosed it would need a new engine, I decided to have it towed to a Ford service shop thinking that would be better for such a big repair. $428 for an oil change on a 96 f350? When I made the appointment online it said it was around $90.
