My wife and I are seriously considering a Bronco with manual transmission, so I just called and asked if they had one and if I could test drive it. They said they had one, but they wouldn’t let me drive it until I signed a purchase order. Ridiculous to expect a customer to buy a car before having a chance to drive it. Big red flag for me. Not interested in doing business here.

Took my car for a warranty service and fair oaks said they didn’t want to fix it because the car had been abused. I drive normally and my work is only 5 minutes from my house so to say I abuse my car was a massive surprise. Tried to talk to them about returning my warranty and fair oaks said they weren’t able to that it wasn’t in their hands to. Never buy or take your car here for servicing you won’t get what you want unless you want to pay for overpriced mechanics that leave you with a bad job anyway.
This dealership wanted $5000 over the sticker price for a vehicle. Worst customer experience possible.
