The most amazing care, I am beyond impressed with an amount attention to details Dr Sona put in to her work. Everyone is friendly, professional and caring. Love going to Dr Sona .
Nice waiting room, friendly receptionist and only waited maybe 10 mins for my appointment. The dental assistant took x-rays and was polite. Then the dental hygienist was thorough yet quick and made sure to get all my tough spots cleaned so I appreciated that. Nothing bad about my experience!
Bad, broken equipment, took way too long, dentist was rude, painful visit. Mostly just power washed my teeth rather than using the tools to clean them. It hurt.
Not worth the time and money. You feel like you were in the car dealer company. The doctor will come and go to your room and give you five minutes to make a decision based on the information who knows where she got it.
I had to wait an hour and a half after my appointment time to see the dentist. She said I had 3 cavities but she did not have time to fill them or clean my teeth because she had to leave for lunch. Instead I made an appointment with another dentist, who said I had no cavities. This makes me very suspicious of Fair Oaks' diagnosis that I had 3 cavities.
