Let me start by saying we have been living here for over 10 years and all the staff that work here are incredible friendly and very professional from the office Rachel & Blair 🤗 The maintenance is spot on from Pete who is on top of every maintenance and weather related situations are taken care of immediately. Mike who keeps are building looking great. Their prompt work that they've done to fix things in our apartment. I give them five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
RecommendedJust wanted to thank the staff and management of Fair Oaks..... always there for any resident night or day!! Also yesterday set up a tent for residents and supplied every resident “ Breakfast in the run” coffee, doughnuts, bottled water, granola bars and fruit!!! What an amazing place to live!! Also the best management and maintenance team anyone could ask for!!! One of the many reasons I’ve lived here for almost 15 years!!!
I greatly appreciate all of the kindness and accommodating treatment from the staff at Fair Oaks. My recent move to the community has been wonderful. I look forward to spending many long years here. Thank you everyone!
I’ve been living here for the last 12 years this November will be 13 years. The office staff ( Jessica especially) is always kind and courteous . Pete and the guys in maintenance are amazing!! In the few times I have needed a repair over the years, they were fast, reliable and got the job done right the first time , every time. Pete and the guys rarely have to fix anything because they stay so on top of not only the inside of buildings but also the outside.
