I have been renting from here for a couple years and ive watched Jesseca turn this property around! Jesseca and Angie are very profesional they are always going over and beyond for there residents. Maintenace is great and i dont ever worry when they come into my home! Thank you for all the great years and excited to see what you do next!

Whew child where do I begin. If you wanna fight your landlords over basic things and if you want your landlord helping the crackheads then this is the place for you!!! Jesseca is a horrible person and so is Angie Angie actually told me if I’m feeling froggy jump and pull up to the office can you say white trash ???! And oh if you want pregnant crackheads living in the back of your apartment this place if for you!!
The units I toured were in terrible condition. I would never live there. The area also looked like it has high crime rate.
Not sure what the issue is on here. the apartments are fine. I've never seen bugs or rats of any sort and I have been here 2 years. No shootings or deaths that I have seen. Apartments are fine and 550 to 600 isnt bad for a 2 bed here. If anything its the town of Lancaster that is bad but the apartments are fine. I haven't had any issues that didnt get fixed quickly. Management has always been nice.
