More than Fair! I have used this shop on several occasions and have always been satisfied. (They do oil changes and other repairs, too). On my latest visit, I heard a rattle coming from my muffler. The tech put the car on the rack and showed my the problem- a rusty hanger. The repair was under $20, parts and labor. I'm certain that some other shop may have convinced me that the muffler was shot and would have to be replaced. It's nice to have a repair shop that is honest.
Looking for a deal! I have been coming to this shop for over 6 yrs. I have called around for prices and they are always the lowest. I once needed a small piece on my muffler, and they fixed it for free as a courtesy, they could have charged me but didnt, I guess loyal customer service still means something now a days. I have recommended this place to my co workers and family members, all who also had a positive experience with this shop.
