Management is not ideal. You bring up concerns and they are not properly addressed. There is no parking and they say they tow cars that aren't supposed to be there but they don't. The "laundry" facilities are disgusting. Apartments aren't too expensive but you get nothing included in your rent. Most apartments are not updated. Management will send letters during the nice weather stating not to walk on the grass. Kids cannot play with chalk on the side walks. Stating "there are plenty of parks in the neighborhood." We sold our home in 2021 and lived at Fair Lawn Estates for three years before finding our next home. It was a great experience! Management always came when we called, the grounds are well maintained, and the staff was always attentive to the our needs or concerns. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. I would not hesitate to rent at Fair Lawn Estates in the future.
