I’ve had an ongoing issue with mold in both the AC units and on the bathroom ceiling in my apartment, along with AC units that are extremely loud and not usable. After reporting this and providing photos, management instructed me to clean the mold myself using household cleaner and stated that any replacement costs would be my responsibility. Great location, but that’s where it ends. Major structural issues with the apartments especially in the 14- where water piles up on top of the roof and gutters/spouts can’t handle even a mild sun shower. The water goes over the gutters in the front and pools onto the brick surface and in between the walls causing mold buildup and leaks into windows and ceiling.
