Not the best place to live... they don't really fix any issues in the apartments and only really care about the lawn to make it appear as if this is a nice place to live. The lady in the office is extremely rude and abrupt, you call maintenance after hours for an emergency and end up getting yelled at. You call the office but they never pick up and you have to call multiple times hoping that you catch someone in the office. Nice place to live depending on your neighbors of course. Some people don’t care to keep the place clean. The super isn’t the nicest at fixing things but they get the job done. Not bad.
Estate Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live! The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious, and the grounds are always beautiful and cared for. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever help is needed. They truly care about their residents and make living here comfortable and stress-free. Great location, but that’s where it ends. Major structural issues with the apartments especially in the 14- where water piles up on top of the roof and gutters/spouts can’t handle even a mild sun shower. The water goes over the gutters in the front and pools onto the brick surface and in between the walls causing MOLD buildup in walls and leaks into windows and ceiling.
