I used to be a patient here in 2021. I didn’t like the optometrist that I had which is Dr. G. She wasn’t too friendly and didn’t feel like she didn’t want to serve me at all. Also, she was unhelpful and didn’t want to help at all. Dr. G didn’t had any enough patience with me during the eye exam. If she didn’t have enough patience with me, then she could have stopped the eye exam and have me reschedule with another optometrist. I wish I could ask for another optometrist. We had a great experience with Dr. Anh Nguyen. I brought my daughter in after noticing increased blinking and she was incredibly kind patient and thorough while checking for possible causes. She made my daughter feel comfortable right away and what stood out most was that we never felt rushed. She took her time explaining everything clearly answering all of our questions and making sure we felt reassured before leaving. The front desk staff was also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend especially for kids.
