I had such a great experience with Cort and his staff at Cort Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and understanding of my dental anxiety from past experiences with other dentists. This was my first time there, and they truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. I almost didn’t make it to Fair Lakes Family Dentistry. I accidentally drove to the wrong dental office first—one where I had previously had a very unpleasant experience. I’ve been coming to this office for about over a year and have always had a great experience. The office is spotless, and Allyssa and the front office staff is so welcoming. After learning they had a pediatric specialist, I decided to transfer my children here. My kids had their first cleaning today with Dr. West, and he was fantastic—friendly, patient, and thorough from start to finish. I don’t think yall wanted me to leave a review fr but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ okay ! The male dentist at this office told me I needed a root canal. It was 2K. Just went back for a cleaning the other day n had a female dentist this time who told me the tooth I got a root canal on should have been pulled even though! When I asked them to pull it before opting for the root canal! The male dentist told me I shouldn’t have it extracted and to get the procedure done. Again, 2K. Everyone here is SO welcoming and kind. I went in in so much pain and everyone made me feel so at ease. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. From the time I walked in till the time I left I felt extremely well taken care of and cared for. My whole family will be coming here moving forward. The office is so beautiful, bright and clean. Great job Fair Lakes Family Dentistry. I haven't been this impressed with a medical/dental provider, well ever!!
