Cort was absolutely amazing. I was visiting Houston for a short 4 day vacation and needed scaling and root planing done. Not only did he manage to complete the procedure efficiently and with great care, but he also went above and beyond by coming in on his off day to ensure everything was finished before I left. Dr. Hu and Dr. Song were also fantastic, they were very thorough with the local anesthesia and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I am so grateful to have found this place as our family dentistry in our new home area since we moved to Cypress, TX, three months ago from WA. My 10 year old daughter and I had a truly wonderful experience during our first appointments. Debbie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth with zero discomfort. Dr. Song is very professional and made everything easy to understand. Their office is also very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. They are the best!
Very impressed with my first visit at Fair Lakes Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. The guy that took my X-rays, etc was so kind & gentle, & Dr. Song was so thorough & took his time explaining to me what was going on with my teeth. Then the lady who checked me out was so sweet. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Thank you all for being so kind & gentle. This goes a long way.
All the reviews that I have read have been spot on. I’m grateful that I found this place and met some amazing staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such a pleasant attitude. The hygienist Cort’ was truly amazing, there’s not one word to describe his awesomeness. Dr. Song was very informative, pleasant and straight to helping me achieve a plan to reach my goal. Im happy for the beginning of a long lasting relationship🥰❤️
I have never thought I would say I like going to the dentist! I get the best cleaning ever! They are attentive and they care about my teeth. My kids and husband goes here also! They take care of my entire family and I would recommend them 1000%! Great bedside manners and all around good caring people.
