I have been coming to Fair Lakes Dental for years and every single person that works there are fantastic. Everyone knows who I am when I come in and take time to ask me how I am doing. Highly recommend them!
This was my dental place for Almost 3 years. There are some nice assistants and then there was one who tried to use me as a test dummy to train someone, more than likely because of my ethnicity. I was so upset and no one even offered an apology or anything. That should have been my wake up call. I got a new job and had to move, once I said I had to move, there was no communication after. Not any of my records, not a thank you for being a patient, nothing. Goes to show how they feel. Super disappointed
Fantastic practice I take my entire family here.
Very nice people, fun to talk to. Very professional and kind. Great communication on the process.
Susan was great and so was the receptionist. The dentist do a great job
