I have loved here for almost a year. The biggest issue is that if you don’t live on the 6tth floor, then your going to hear everything from above you .it’s like a stampede above us for the past year. We thought once the pers upstairs moved out , and new tenants moved it it would be less noisy... but it was just as loud. Seems nothing can be done about this this.
So far not good. I can't get one person to answer a phone at the rental office. Not happy!
After the recent change in ownership, and the name changed from Bainbridge Fair Lakes to Fair Lakes Luxury Apartments, this place has gone down hill. There is nothing luxury about this place. The floors are too thin and you can hear the tenants above you stomping around (I named my upstairs neighbor Stompy McStomperson).
