They have been very unprofessional during my experience with them. They did not even honor the terms of the seller agreement. it's taking almost a month to just get a deposit because they backed out. Took a very long time for them to even communicate that they wanted to back out, I had to initiate all the communication. Very disappointed!

They defrauded us ! We were in contract with them for a home they were supposed to buy . We worked with them for over two months we went to closing all the way Jacksonville Worked with the title company . 2 days after we signed the closing papers I had to call Fair Homes to find out where our money was . They said they didn't have the money to buy the house. A big company not having the funding imagine that. BE AWARE the will tie you up for months and in the end say they have no $$$$ !!
