My wife and I recently bought a new house and sold our old one through Eric. Relative to using a "traditional" agent, we saved about $16,500 in commission over these two transactions, and we could not have asked for better service. Eric was readily available, always punctual, and provided fantastic guidance. His suggestions for negotiations got us great prices on the buying side and the selling side. I would recommend his services to anyone.
