I had been going to this place for quite some time and had generally been happy with their services. However, I had a couple of disappointing experiences that have made me hesitant to return. On one occasion, I went in for a brow tint, and unfortunately, they waxed off a significant amount of the hair underneath my eyebrow. I’ve had my daughter’s ears done here 4 times, one earring always falls out. I went last week with my sister and her daughter and we got both girls ears pierced. One earring again has fallen out on my kid and my sister’s daughter’s ear. I called up and explained that this is the fourth time this has happened with them and now my sister’s daughter earring has come out as well. I took my daughter there to do her second ear piercing and the staff was rough and not very good service I could tell she didn’t like her job . The piercing was horrible didn’t even mark the spot and pierced wrong spot . She didn’t apologise just called manager to redo it . We had good experience at first time that’s the reason we went back . But please don’t hire those attitude personality person . Very disappointed service

My experience with a recent waxing appointment was not satisfactory. The room was untidy and cramped . My beautician used the sensitive wax in the same sensirive area, twice, in quick succession - which was very painful because the existing area had just had hot wax applied. I have never had thiis “double application” used in any other therapists I have visited over the years.
