Bad tires
I called to get 2 tires in the middle of a winter storm. Guy said "we're closed". Then said nevermind what you need? I said 2 tires of x size. He said we have them and I said great. I drove 15 minutes to find the guy pulling off as I pulled in and not answering the phone. Door locked. I would've given -5 stars had I been able to
