My experience with Fair and Square was spectacular from start to finish. Of my 4 quotes, they were the only company to come and actually get up on the roof to inspect, provided shingle samples we could use for comparison, excellent communication (including while the job was ongoing) and workmanship. The installation price was very fair as well. However, the biggest reason I am taking the time to write a review is because of damage that occurred when a sub contractor delivered the shingles. UPDATE: This company just finished completing my mother's roof, and the same comments that I made a few year's ago when our roof was completed still apply. Thanks for the excellent service! This company was professional, quick, clean, thorough and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any residential roofing projects!
This company provided a quick estimate and the work itself was completed well. Unfortunately, their administrative support was virtually nonexistent. Throughout the entire process, I only received one phone call, after I had to remind them that I still didn’t have a scheduled date for the work size weeks following the quote.
