My Name is James Trahand and I'm from California , and To make a very long story rather short . Fails Garage is the Best mechanic shop I have ever had to use.. Me and my family was driving from Californian to Florida last month and my truck broke down sight seeing in the Golden Triangle .. Had trouble starting car, I saw that my battery cable had some corrosion on it so I stopped at Fails. Told him my problem he cleaned both cables. Unfortunately it was more, when I got home for lunch and tried to return to work my car would not start again. I called Fails and he was able to tell me over the phone what to do to get my car started. So I drove it straight to his shop. He was able to order the part before and told me he should have it fixed today. He gave me a ride to my house. What service, I am very pleased wit... read more
