Last summer I had an ingrown toe nail and had not gone to a podiatrist in a while, and mistakenly went here instead of the other podiatrist next door. I have had ingrown toenails before and this is the only professional who told me (a woman in her 20s) she would need to get the toe nail removed. Dr Failor was easy to talk to and expert in her examination. She gave clear recommendations for my issues. Her fee was manageable, and identified up front.
A waste of money, I had to go to a real Dr.,and start the healing process all over again! She doesn't know what she is doing, and charges a high fee. Please don't use her, go somewhere else in order to get it done properly. I'm so mad about this that I hope Word of mouth puts her out of business!!! I pray the Lord will close her doors,never to open again!!
Dr.Failor was very friendly and professional. She made sure our son was very comfortable during procedure. Booking appointment was a breeze. Excellent doctor!
