I was very interested in renting a home on their website. I contacted Julie to discuss the property, and could not have had a worse experience. I have been renting a brownstone from Failoni Consultants for 7 years. The neighborhood is lovely. The house is really old, but was updated prior to my move-in. I have had very few problems over the years and they have been addressed quickly and without any conflict. The service has been terrific and Julie is a sweetheart!
