I was very interested in renting a home on their website. I contacted Julie to discuss the property, and could not have had a worse experience. I expressed how interested I was in the home, how much I would love to care for the house as a tenant, and that I would be happy to answer any questions she had. Julie Rowe was incredibly helpful when I called her looking for a new house or duplex for my partner and I. She responded and met with me very quickly, gave me a great tour, and answered all the questions I had very thoroughly. She sent a follow-up email with a video tour, since my partner was out of town. I have been renting a brownstone from Failoni Consultants for 7 years. The neighborhood is lovely. The house is really old, but was updated prior to my move-in. I have had very few problems over the years and they have been addressed quickly and without any conflict. The service has been terrific and Julie is a sweetheart!
